Off-Campus Placement: – Off-Campus placements are those where the educational institute has no involvement. Students need to send their CV or portfolio directly to the companies manually. Unlike on-campus placements, grabbing a good job opportunity is comparatively more rigid during off-campus recruitment.

Many people are applying for the same job with diverse skill sets. Searching for job opportunities can be done through off-campus recruitment agencies, hiring websites, or directly with the company, which can seem reasonably difficult. One needs to look out for a variety of such sites and companies that have posted vacancies.

They need to check out the requirements and apply by sending their resume and appearing for the selection process. Factually, on-campus placements are more convenient when compared to off-campus placements.
